Well fast food isn't for me. I'm ready for a new job, and I have just the opportunity. Tuesday there is a job fair, it's for a Clearwire call center. Clearwire is a wireless internet company that's slowly expanding. Anyway, they're hiring for retention associates. You know, trying to keep customers that are unsatisfied. A lady that works there gave me a few pointers, but I'm still overwhelmingly nervous because I need that job!! Fast food isn't for me
I was just wondering if any of you are employed in sales or retention, and what kind of things do you need to know for it? I know they'll ask questions like "What would you do if a customer called wanting to cancel their service? How would you keep them and how would you go about suggesting other products to them" I know I can do it, if someone kind of coaches me on it, but off the top of my head right away? I don't really know..
Any ideas on what else I might want to think about before I go to this interview? |
