Depends what he likes - you could get him a gift, like something he's always wanted, or a gift experience of something he's always wanted to do....depends on the finances! Or like plebian angel said a nice meal always does the trick, you could add a nice lil touch by doing a lil treasure hunt to get there, maybe leaving some lil presents and clues along the way...
