I find analgesic painkillers are really good for back pain. Distalgesic is the one I take but the brand name might be different in your country.
You may need a prescription for that.
Or Nurofen Plus is good as an over the counter one. Its got a little codeine in it but not so much your'e going to become addicted to it or anything. Or maybe Ibuprofen.

But yeah you need to check out the cause if the pain stays.

First of all I would go and see a doctor and also see a chiropractor maybe your back is out which is causing you the other problems.Otherwise maybe take panadine ford(stronger then panadol)or go to a natropath they might have some herbal remedies that you could take.I hope your back pain goes away.

Each to his own but I would avoid chiropracters. I did it for ages, osteopathy too and no help though they always find something to work on and keep you coming back. Also you hear reports now of people being seriously hurt by them. One guy I know went in with some backpain and came out with serious neck pain!

But some people report good things so...

if it hurts to pee you probably have a kidney infection which means you should see a doctor right away. i heard those are dangerous.
