pain in my pirate side

oi maty!!!! I gots me a pain in me lower back...right at me old waistline! Blimey...it bloody hurts..feels like me mate gave me a pop to thee old kidney. Spoke to that fool of a medicine man abouts a year ago and he says 'it's nuthin'.....had to shoot the f***er. Any ideas........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGG 8)

My wife has been getting that, so far shes had blood tests and scans and nothin has come up. I think it was from when she stacked it in sainsbury's (uber funny ) but the docs cant find nothin wrong.
