age range???

hey everyone, just wondering whats people s thoughts on age range are? i am 21 and i
recently found myself going home with a 30yr old ( 9 years older then me) now this was all
good but it did make me think about what is the acceptable age difference for people.

does the differece get larger with age? is it more about what we ourselves think rather
then what others think??

I once was involved w/someone that much older than me. He was an abusive control freak. My fiance is 2 yrs. older than me. There is no right or wrong as long as you are happy. Just follow your heart and trust your insticts.

Well the good thing is that you're both adults so there's nothing illegal about what you're doing. My friend, when she was 16 went out with a 28 year old and that pissed me off. I think it's fine, really, but of course there is a limit. But I think you're fine, it's only 9 years. If it were like 15, 20 years then I'd be worried.

well, I'd almost gotten married to someone 8-9 years older then me at one point, but I've seen age diffrences as high as 24 years, but that couple was a bit odd. the wife thought the government was after her, and the husband had so many OCDs...

i dont think age matters honestly. if you love someone go for it

i disagree. i mean, i dated a 31 year old because i loved him and i think thats the only way to do it. if you love someone then whos to tell you you cant date them? sex, thats a whole different issue

Well, I grew up in a super-conservative farm family, so whatever.

Once you have reached adulthood, in my opinion, age does not matter at all. It is the relationship and how secure it is that matters. As far as just sex goes with no relationship, then again, as long as you are both adults, what diff does it make.

thats how i grew up to, lol. my parents were totally against me dating Billy but i didnt care cuz i really loved him. im just saying that i dont feel anyone should be allowed to tell me what i can and cant do except myself (to certain degrees)

I was 19 and I was seeing someone who was 33. Agr gap doesnt matter if you can both get on.. 14 years was a bit much thou as we were both in to different music etc as it ended up

I don't think age matters, as long as you are happy together. Friends of mine, she is 21 and he is 29 - I think anything goes.

well i prefer someone close to my age (that is why my wife is 18 and i am 19) but i was watching talk sex with sue johanson the other day and there was a 21 year old on there and his sex partner was 72 now i dont really think age matters that much but haveing sex with someone who is 51 years older then you is just plain wrong and sick
