Anyone used this website before, I'm looking to sell my home and saw this site, before I used it I just wanted to see if anyone has used it?? or used any other good site on-line.

I don't know about the site your talking about,but is it where you can sell your home privately???,if so we have a similar site here called "Domain"and from what I can see it works well,only difference as you know,there's no over the top agent's fees,for their services and advertising.
