So I guess the new thing these days is Twitter. I hear celebrities promote theirs all the time and some of my friends are glued to their phones updating their every move. Are any of you addicted or just have an account? Or do you think it's a lame idea? (and why?)

I have an account, its about the only thing online Im NOT addicted to!

Its more or less just like sending out a mass txt msg.

I have an account. I use it a few times a day and keep track of a few friends' updates.

It's a bit pointless unless you actually do things which other people need to know about, or actually care about. Needless to say, I do not tweet.

This is my prob!!

It is pretty good for current breaking news though. Whenever I hear a blip of something on the news I can always search it in twitter and get lots of good results.

Not quite addicted, but it is fun. One of my favorite bands uses it and I LOVE having their thoughts/media on Twitter. LOVE IT.

Most, if not all, celebrity accounts are verified. So you're safe.

I did that, then undid that. I can update fb on my mobile.

I have a twitter acct. I barely use it. I know no one cares what I'm doing so why bother
