The "House Arrest 2" petition

This is a petition to create a second house arrest thing, as can be seen here https://www.theforumsite.com/forum.php?t=44111&nh=0

I think the idea is genious and should be done again, i, along with many other tfsers, never had the chance to witness, or take part in it. This is to try and convince the powers that be, that the tfsers want a house arrest 2!!
