Something that really irritates me...

Hmmmm a lil background info before I launch into it here -

On MSN my personal message says "my worst night in a long time".

Someone I chat to sometimes messages me and asks what happened, I reply with "nothing, I was just really, really down and had a mad crying spazz."

OK...

So then he says "oh I was crying in bed too last night," and then launches into a huge great thing about why he was upset.

It just frustrates me when people will look for literally anything in order to be able to talk about themselves to other people

Arghh!
The self pitying type irritate me too.
They can turn anything you say around and make it about them.
Sometimes its nice to focus on their problems and forget your own for a while, but when every single conversation revolves around them and their issues it soon becomes tedious..
BTW, hope you feel better soon

I think a place like a forum site is a place for everyone to share similar stories and things like that. But when it comes to real life friendship, online friendship, it can't always be about one person. That's a one sided friendship and that is annoying. There are some people who just look to talk about themselves and even when they allow you to talk, it's just them not listening to you but them thinking in their mind what they want to say to you when they are done talking.

I hope whatever had you feeling so down is resolved.
