Shoulder pain

Yesterday I got up, put on a workout dvd and followed it for an hour. Took a shower, walked to the ASDA superstore and bought more stuff than I wanted to. Got the bus back, accidentally got off at the wrong stop and walked back to my flat. I took a bath and watched House for a while. This morning I woke up and my shoulders hurt. I took two long-lasting Ibuprofen and I still can't do anything which involves moving my arms above elbow-height. It's so annoying.

maybe you should stop watching House.

I think its cos I was carrying so much stuff. I had 5 heavy bags of food and cans of food. The good news is I'm gonna eat well for the next month, but now my arms hurt.

yeah 5 bags is lots to carry. why not shop for what you need for one day at a time. and walk back and for to the store to get exercise? that way you are eating well and keeping in shape

It's cheaper to buy in bulk, plus I don't have time to walk up everyday. I didn't have any classes yesterday or today so I had more time to do stuff.

yeah, that "having time" thing can get in the way... i hope your shoulders get better soon.
