Hi,

I'd like to know if anyone has come across the phrase STORM Profiling (It has nothing to do with the weather :D) I think it is a marketing strategy but I'm not sure.

An explanation along with online references would be highly appreciated

As I have encountered it, it's not a marketing strategy. Its a method framework for review for business (or personal) ethics. The acronym is:
S top.
T hink.
O ptions.
R ules.
M ake a choice.

I dont have web based references - it came via a course in real estate I did. Hope this helps.
