of some Wattle. I thought I'd post pics of all our states Floral Emblems.

1. Australia's National Flower again


2.New South Wales is the Waratah


3. Queensland's is The Cooktown Orchid


4.Northern Territory's is Sturts Desert Rose


5.Western Australia's is The Red and Green Kangaroo Paw


6.South Australia's is Sturts Desert Pea


7.Victoria's is Common Heath


8.Tasmania's is Tasmanian Blue Gum


9. Australian Capital Territory's is Royal Bluebell

So if you want to Post a picture of you national or State Flower,it would be good to see them.

This is the Thistle, national symbol for Scotland. Represents Scotland quite well I think, beautiful but harsh.

A rose for England. We dont have a regional flower. I looked it up and actually our regional flower is an apple. I guess its a joke of somesort.

Aberdeen doesn't have a specific one, though it is one of those 'City In Bloom' things. Think it's won gold for five years running or something. Not paid much attention but the place is covered in flowers, greenery and parks.

Actually I just googled it, it in fact won 'best city' eight times since the Britain in Bloom competition started, making it the most successful town or city in the UK.

Well Mate,I just googled Scotland's National Flower and came up with the same Picture?and from memory Aberdeen is still part of Scotland??

That looks very similar to a Rose I have.It's called Black Beauty,they only last a couple of days then turn black and die.

An Apple gotta be a joke

apparently so yes, the first ever marmalade factory was in Aberdeen i think.
