Inspection program would allow Russia to visit U.S. nuke sites

Russia and the United States have tentatively agreed to a weapons inspection program that would allow Russians to visit nuclear sites in America to count missiles and warheads.

I guess it's only fair if we insist to inspect their nukes.
We should paint them pink and with smiley faces just to mess with their heads.

Don't they already? I remember hearing about a decommissioned missile launch site that's been turned into a museum, and they have to follow very strict rules the Russians insisted on like keeping the silo doors open so Russian satellites can keep an eye on the missile inside.

That?s what happens when your country is slowly turning chicken.
