Ok, how exactly would the guy in Dunblaine have killed so many kids without a gun? no other weapon (except bombs and stuff like that) would have been fast, and destructive enough for him to do that.

A quick google search will teach you how to put together a bomb that would kill twice as many in about 5 minutes with materials that are probably already in your home.

If everyone used swords instead, the world would be a lot less dangerous.

And so much cooler.

So you people think guns should be legal, based on the argument "well you can kill people by other means, so why not give murderers the option of using a gun too"?

The statistics for deaths my gunfire in the US is frightening. How often do guns be used in domestic situations when tempers are flared?

I come from a country were the lust to kill your fellow man was rampant and because of the gun control some people turned to home made explosives etc and did kill many people with their home made devices. It really is frightenly easy to make a viable device.

BUT if we hadn't had good gun control the number of deaths would have been much greater.

Thanks God we have an end to the violence and the Provos have decommissioned all their weapons including explosives. Now physos who have a blood lust have turned to knives.

I can try to forget my training about harming/maiming people but I can't remove the destruction of life which I've seen. Nor can I ever forget the sadness and emptiness which is left behind for others to bear and the burden which is carried in my heart.

I hate guns with a passion, seems there too bloody easy to get hold of now days.

Long story short, gun violence a societal problem that cannot be "fixed" through gun legislation.

but the thing is if guns were made illegal, it would be harder for people to get hold of them.
