I was taught English by CHrstian Brothers who where native Irish speakers themsleves. They delighted in referring to it as "that bastard English" as so many words have confusing similarities.

It's no wonder my spelling is so or if that soo or sew bad and where were wear and ware is the correct place to use these identical words.

Gray is used more often in America, Grey is more often used in the UK.

I've started adding U to everything the brits use a U on and have to go back and delete it.

I you different spelling for what I'm reffering to. I've seen it both way as in dove gray or grey hair.

Why don't you add grey to the dictionary so the spell check doesn't not like it?
