what are your thoughts and views on the movie?

i liked it but id have to watch it again....it was disturbing at times.....

loved it,
real wonderful look at the inner working of actual relationships and love, and wonderful story and art direction to boot.
can't say a bad word about it to be honest.

And I thought that Jim Carrey did an excellent job, he really surprised me.

It was confusing at first and had to watch it a second time to understand it. The story is beautiful.

It was a fabulous movie! The cinematography was incredible, the acting was great, really no bad points to the movie.

It was an excellent exploration into how the mind and heart work involving relationships. Makes you wonder, if given the chance to be able to erase someone, would you?

Sometimes I wish I could but glad that the technology doesn't exist (yet, who knows?). I mean, experiences, good or bad, makes you who you are.

And it doesn't matter because your mind might forget, but your heart doesn't. Isn't that the point of the movie? That the heart doesn't forget.

well ive talked to a few people that have difrent views on like what the sybolism and every thing is...

or even like twist that happen that you didnt see or things that didnt make sence but now ll fit together...

Well, like I said before, I think that the movie is saying that even if you erased your memories, your heart will not forget. You see this point made twice in the movie. The main one is with Joel and Clementine. The other one is with Mary and Howard. Joel and Clementine fell for each other again and Mary fell for her boss again.

The ending seems kinda depressing but I think ended on a positive note. Because even though they knew that their relationship was over and listen to the tapes about the little things that they couldn't stand about each other, they are willing to try again.
