Donald Trump withholding $5 million from charity until Obama releases his college and passport records.

Today Donald Trump announced that he would give $5 million to any charity Obama wants just as soon as Obama releases his college and passport records. So apparently Trump looks up to the Joker from the Dark Knight. Keepin' it classy, Donald.

He's not withholding anything from charity, he's making an offer to donate to one.

I think it's a minor semantic difference. He's saying he'll donate $5 million to charity...... but only if you do something. That's close enough to "withholding money from charity until you do this for me" as far as I'm concerned.

Trump is a retard. If he weren't a retard, he'd just donate the money to charity anyway.
