Counter strike: source or Half life 2

hey what is better Hl2 or Cs:s because i know Cs:s has only average graphics but the game play i think is awesome!!!! also half life 2 is said to have good graphics but crap game play what up?

half life... cs:s is boring but gmod beats both

I only have Cs:s. I don't really like the scarier games. By scarier I mean anything jumping out at you from nowhere. I guess that's why I don't like scary movies eh? But, all of that is besides the point.
