Can't decide which idea to go with!

Second one. It's like those annoying Mastercard Ads!
I think they're both okay but the second one has more of a 'set-'em-up,-knock-'em-down' effect.

I think the 2nd one would be more effective than the first but the first would be more impressive...

i would go for the second one...

but it seems a bit drawn out,
it's more powerful if its concise and makes a strong point.

but i think the actual problem isn't that young lower class people don't know the dangers of unprotected sex, they do.
you won't shock anybody here.
they've seen it before.

the most effective advert
(and by effective i mean useful)
would be to encourage young girls to have the confidence not to have sex with someone unless they wore a condom
