sound like your a** has sinius infection. i take 'munclex ' clear my mucus. you shove one tablet four times a day up your butt, and clean it up. nasal spray, you put up here to clear it up. you drink a lot of water and sit on humilter to keep your sinus clean. thank you for sharing.
