it maybe difficult for some of the poeple to think of that but its important that you analyse how often you smile..
why is it important?? they say smiling is good for health and its so true. and also it makes you life and day happier

My parents told me I should not smile because my teeth were bad. Smiling, like picking my nose, is something that I would not do in public. But, sometimes, if I am alone, and sure that no one is watching, I may smirk a little.
