Usually if it's the shower after gym or a swim, its a communal one so I just take the zen approach and get out of there as quickly as possible.

I can't even remember to do a breast exam in the shower, much less reflect on my life.

I normally am just hoping the cold water will ease the pain of my hemmoroids.
