Is it snowing in Portland, Oregon?

Around here, it was like summer waited until mid July and lasted until mid September. Then it was autumn until about the mid/end of December. I'm not sure when it's going to switch from winter to spring.

Spring is in the air, as in right around the corner. This I know because the tanning salons are packed with people needing base tans for their vacations. This is how I know spring is coming.

AND all my snow is gone, its just blanket of ice so no plowing needed, just putting down salt. Talk to me again next week when I can't open my door from all the snow.

It snowed in DC this morning.. Not enough to matter, but everything was white when I woke up. Supposed to snow again tomorrow night too.
