Also as a long term plan, increase core strength. Whatever exercises work for you to do it. I myself like push ups (girls version), some yoga and some situps.

I have back pain problems.

The thing that helps me the most is weightlifting.

But that's only because my problem is a muscle one. It's important to get the cause diagnosed. If someone with major disc issues tried to dead lift 200 lbs they might destroy themselves.
