First Time on New Forum I don't Like

Hi Minty, I just wanted to say I know how you feel. I just started here a couple of days ago and I still feel like the new person. I am not sure if I like it yet.

Forums are like shoes you need to get used to them and eventually they can tend to stink.

I have been here forever on and off, and i just wanted to say the regulars tend to be fairly nice people, did you post in the new members thread ?

Why is there a "rep 1" in my profile? what does it mean?

It means that somebody gave you a kudo and it has increased your TFS 'reputation.' It doesn't mean much though.

It means someone gave you a kudo. It's your reputation. I don't think you have enough points to give them yet, but when someone says something that you like or agree with or....whatever, you can click on that little 'thumbs up' and give them a kudo. When you get enough points, you're allowed to give out 15 per day.

In the TFS+ section, you can give negative kudos, which will take away from that total (for the person you gave them to).

If you want to see what the kudo was for and who gave it to you, click on the little bubble in the upper right hand corner and select "kudos".
