One other way for me to do it if he doesn't stop pissing me around is unreasonable behaviour. Has anyone had any experience of this and what are the grounds for it? Did it get very messy?
The thing is he was a bit of an awful hubby but there was no violence. Mental cruelty yup if you class not being able to go out and have friends or having to turn down certain jobs coz he didn't like it. There's a lot more that I cba to go into but you get the picture.
Do you think this is grounds for unreasonable behaviour?
Well... I don't think he should lie... but if it'll get the job done sooner.
He's just saying he cheated on you, right?

I hate how divorces take so long.
