buying a car

i never knew how expensive its gonna be when driving! i passed 2 weeks ago and will try and get a car by my birthday but its like ?2500-3000 for a good car then ?1300 (atleast) for insurance and then tax and petrol and all the reast....

Thats why I am driving my old one,I cant afford all that

My advice mate is go and buy a car on credit if you can afford the payments, and change it every 3-4years. That what me and the misses do, and have been doing since we where your age. AND some cars come with free insurance to over 21's

I just bought a new one myself, and well, it seems like taking on a car payment is a lot cheaper than repairing my old beaters that were the only thing that I could afford.

Insurance does suck though. Still. It's nice to not have to worry about breaking down

my last car cost me ?500.its lasted me 2 years without any problems. insurance for it was ?130 a year.
