The sixth Harry Potter book is written very well, but that is the same as many of the other books.

Rating of ten for the movie?
Out of ten for the Book?
Out of ten for the movie giving in books?

I don't like that Hermione shows her love for Ron in the sixth movie, because it's meant to happen in the sixth book, and quite a few other things happened in the sixth movie that should happen in the next movie.

Please state your opinion?

Went to see the movie like 3 days after it came out.
I loved it :]
Completely.
Although it always does leave out some of the details of the book.

Yes, yes it does leave out details of the book

But it was the best movie of them yet, or the 1st movie was best... One of the two.

I saw it on tuesday as well, as it is the cheap day in my area and with a big family my parents can't afford more :]

I quite liked the film, i thought it was well put together and didn't get too bogged down in following the book verbatim,
The dumbledore death scene was a bit underwhelming though, but maybe that's just because I already knew what the deal was with snape. I'd be interested to know the opinion of someone who hasn't read the books and doesn't know what happens next.

I thought it was slightly disappointing really. I know you can't obviously put everything in the film that's in the book, but some things were just a bit silly really. Like the Burrow being set on fire wasn't meant to happen until the last book, plus Bill and Fleur weren't included at all, as they get married in the next film so it wouldn't make much sense if they included that in the following film. Plus I thought they focused way too much on the romance aspect of it, was a bit annoying at times.

As far as the sixth book goes, it's a great book and one of my favourites, so maybe that's why I was more picky about this film than some of the previous ones.

i took my son as i always do to see the film, and i'm hoping that it has been made like this so as to provide
us with light relief before the action kicks in again.
it was'nt boring, and it was well made.

I read the book a whole while before I saw the movie. I thought the film was pretty good. One of the better ones. But I think the book was still better.
