deaf people scare me your sitting there minding your own business then they come up to you and start yelling at you (because they cant control their volume since their deaf)

That is not true in my case. My parents were alcholics and drank all their life. I never did. My parents lost their teeth. I never did. My parents drank and drove. I never did. One of my parents went to jail. I never did. My parents curse. I never did...well not when anyone else is around.
