I think there have been a VERY few cases were people HAVE gotten it from kissing!
I remember back in the day a case of someone having it and passing it to their significant other after being at the dentist because their gums were bleeding.

There has never been a case of someone contracting aids through kissing.
saliva does contain small traces of the virus and technically its possible if say maybe you both have bleeding sores or gums but it has never been observed.
