They appear to simply be farming videos (and comments) from Youtube or something.

Yeah, but they really don't need it. It's highly unlikely that a site hosted in the Czech Republic cares about your copyrights or would be interested in hearing your complaints.

You should feel free to send a letter or email threatening legal action if they don't remove the videos (give them links to the videos in question), but I doubt it will get you anywhere.

I sent an email to all my spam people saying i am charging a $5 admin charge to deal with there crap... I got 4 apologise. and 1000 more spam... worth a try hay..
