finch - you probably have acid reflex disease, like i have, get prevacid, you get over- countered. it is inherited. stop eating spicy food, food with yeast in it. yeast can screw up anything that has bread-coating around the meat, like shake-bake ( if you heard of it ) food like fish sticks, baking chicken,etc. your doctor will probably tell the same thing.
