here i am washing my clothes in the bath as the dumb washing machine people have left me without a new machine for 2 weeks...stomping up and down to unimaginable tunes on the tele to wash the towels is not what i had in mind today...lol

how much we rely on these machines..lol

Have you got a mangle? Me gran used to have one of those.

Oops nearly forgot, don't used normal washing powder as that will not dissolve in a hand wash ergo you will just be wasting your time...
You need to get washing powder designed for hand washing!

no im going to have to use the taps to wrap it round and twist to get the water out..lol

i use liquid and not as much when hand washing so hopefully it will work ok x

oh bugga ive done that before, couldnt move me arms at the end of the day, and towels ahhhhhh, and makes your hands so sore, x should of bribed the washer man

we rent our machine just because it is cheaper than buying as with the amount of washing i do a week my machines wear out so easily..lol..ive told them im not paying for the time i dont have one and it is disgusting that we have to wait over 2 weeks for a replacement for a machine that broke due to it not being even our fault as it is the electrics programming unit that has decided to not work and they have no idea why..lol

When mine broke down my house mate took hers to her sisters, you not got any family that would take it on for you?

not really got anyone around to do it ...its ok just something else to do xx

My sister uses ours sometimes but I think it's because she likes to have dinner here too.

we dont have any near by..i live way too far away and it would take me a day to get to one unfortunately as i dont drive..here in the UK where i live they are not very popular xx
