what the hell is this and how do I get rid of it? it keeps opening pages when im trying to get things done and its bugging the hell out of me.

Mozilla Firefox is a browser. You don't need to install another - you can just uninstall it from the Control Panel

Firefox is really benign, what exactly is the problem you're having with it? It's just a browser like the one you're using now to visit TFS.

ff, i canny post a screen shot its a white page with file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/ as the page address and the page consists of a list of folders it as you put before looks like a directory.
