Child Left In Freezing Car While Dad Visits Teen Girl

The question has crossed my mind about 'where was mommy at 2 am while her baby was spending 'hours out in that jeep asleep ' but I mentioned before all it sayds about the mom is the kid was released to her. that dad aught to be begging to be kept in jail for fear of the mom getting ahold of his sorry a** IMO.

the story wasnt too detailed... i kind of assumed mommy and daddy werent together... the baby was left on daddy's time while mommy didnt know...

If and when he makes bail the court ordered him to 'have no contact with his daughter'. I hope the mom doesn't ignoe the courts on the order.

I have booked marked the news paper and plan to watch how it plays out. But since it's not a ' high profile' case it will probally be a 3 sentence follow up on the back page unless the mom doesn't watch her daughter real close and lets her go with dad again . I sure hope someone is watching out for the little daughter and nothing worsr happens to her.

simple case of parental neglect, and a proper risk assessment needs to be done to see if the child is safe to be with the mother, if not welfare need to get involved and place this child in a loving caring family enviroment.
as for the father, he is apaedophile and has proven that by his actions of bedding a 13 year old girl, he has no place around children ever.

As the dumbing down of America continues perhaps it's time to rethink exactly what we are teaching our children in school and replace some useless courses (like tolerance) with other courses like child rearing. Maybe spelling out in black and white exactly what you should and should not do with a child may prevent some of this stuff from happening.

Oh god, I can't explain my outrage on all of this. I'd like him shot in the face, not questions asked and everyone just look the other way. Of course, that's all illegal, but I hate guys like him. I was truly sick when guys would bring their kids with them when they went on that trap show to have sex with underage kids. I really don't believe the girl when she says they were in bed but nothing sexual.

There's several things jumping in my head. If Mom and Dad were seperated, why did they break up? Did she know about his underage tendencies? Why let their two year old with him? Will she make sure he never sees her again?

Where the heck are the thirteen year old girl's parents? Why is it okay for him to be at their house with the thirteen year old girl at 2am? If they're not home, why not bring in the little girl and let her sleep on a couch or something?

MAD MAD world!!!! WTF is all that about hey???

Both were children and both mothers were not there????

It doesn't seem to mention a thing about the 13yr old's parents. It just leaves me wondering about this whole situation.

im leaning towards not holding it against the mother of the baby... its hard to know unless they print more details, but it sounds to me like the kid was on daddy's time...

as for the mother of the teen... well, i was left alone at times by 13, and i never had anyone in my bed... i actually hope the mother wasnt there... it would be more twisted if she were and just allowed this...

a great question brought up though was the why not bring the child inside to sleep? sounds like a perfectly simple thing to do...

Its all a bit odd to be honest - there must be a lot more to this its weird and creepy!

This is exactly what I'm thinking. Where was the teens parents? And sure at 13 she is old enough not to need 'baby sitter' hell she is old enough to be a babysitter, did the 13 year old know the 4 year old was out side in the jeep ? I'm inclined to thiunk probally not, the daddy probally didn't say any thing to avoid any 'distractions' if you know what I mean. I question the mom of the 4 year old 'trusting' daddy enough to take her daughter, I ubderstand the 'daddy time' and all but the facts are he was doing drugs, he was in bed with a 13 year old and he left a 4 year old asleep in an unheated jeep in Montana in December for hours in 14 below zero weather. Now after 4 years the mommy should have a fairly good idea about how this guys mind works you would figure and again why would she trust him enough to allow him a chance to put her 4 year old at risk?
