Paying To See The Pope

So to see the Pope when he comes up to Scotland you only get in if you buy the 'Welcome Pack' which costs ?20 upwards depending on your local parish.

This is on top of the amount of tax money being spent on the man's visit to our shores, which considering we are a Protestant country not a Catholic country seems unfair.

What's your thoughts, should we be charged to see a holy leader?

Why is Scotland's tax money being spent to bring him there? Shouldn't the sending country foot the bill?

I suppose it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the ex-Nazi leader of the world's biggest paedophile ring in a big hat. Surely that's gotta be worth twenty quid of anyone's money?

If some punk assed rock band came, you'd gladly pay that and more to watch a bunch of druggies flop their hair around and yell into a mike while making horrible noises they call music.
