I'm allergic to wheat. Actually, it's more of an intolerance. I can eat it, but if I eat too much of it I get REALLY sick. It's pretty disgusting. I get horific pains and yucky stomach & bottom issues. But I lurve bread and pasta. It's taken me a few years to figure out exactly how much I can eat without getting ill. I can have about 2 slices of bread every other day and I'll be right. If I don't pay attention, and I get ill, I can't have any wheat of any kind for about a month.
