Blood tests

it wont feel too bad...ive had so many since i was a child..but honestly you will walk out of there saying is that it....now see injections in the top of my arm or anywhere else i panic about but blood i dont..strange what we worry about

tell them you are a fainter, they will lay you down, also just close your eyes and concentrate on breathing, count to 60 slowly and it should be all over.

no, the needle is in for a very short time, they will probably have to swap bottles, by the time the 60 is up they will be labelling up. It helps if you are well hydrated.

I take it by "well hydrated" you don't mean Dutch Courage

no booze wont help, just make sure you drink lots of water, it makes it easier to find veins.

I will try to drink as much as I can without feeling sick then
