I'm kinda scared now

My friend sent me this message about he is going into survival training and they are going to teach him to be a sniper. Why on earth would a civilian need this kind of knowledge? I found it quite disturbing . . .

I think lesfox is talking about a civilian group which teaches survival tactics. according to what the group is about, some are not so good to be involved with. Federal government watches them intensly.
