Well, yesterday I officially decided to quit my job. I have bad knees from softball and standing on my feet for eight hours a day,doing nothing but walking back and forth doesn't help things...So, now I am in the process of looking for an office desk job. Something that I can remain off my feet. Until then, I feel bad, but my fiance' is paying for everything. So I have to keep up with all the housework and such, so that way he doesn't feel as if I am using him for anything.
I also must add that my father is a d***....He "helped me out" a few months ago by paying off my phone bill. However, when he got his credit card statement he denied the charges, and my bill went up 300 dollars. Now, my mom is trying to play "good" by helping me pay off the debt. I feel like a loser.... | |

| | have a sugestion for you. does your town have an unenployment offie??? no not to draw unenployment but they may have a listing of part time or even something 1-2 days a week to help your fiancee with the bills. 300 phone bill thats a little steep..a suggestion agian..start to learn how to do a monthly budget now and you will find that that will help you considerably, dont get into that credit card s***, if you do not have the cash on hand you probably dsnt mneed the item now anywqay..credit cards should be used for emergencies, otherwise they will become the ball and chain you will never get out from under..ask poeple they will tell you.. get a budget going...try to find something to do no matter how part time it is to helpn out or take some classes.....next time you quit a job, try to have soomething lined up first hand befoer leaving..yes it sucks and it is hard , but life sucks and life is hard. and if you are getting married then it is going to be so much easaier on you if you learn this stuff now, instead of while you have no choice...like if you have kids and have to both wrk and you have no choice but to mess your knees up worse..mmmmm...little humor there..sorry...you know what i am saying i think..p.s. congratulations on you being a " to - be" cool..oh yeah..look to see bout a temp agency, work one maybe two weeks outa the month but dont sit idle, no matter if he can support you or not, you both can take the weekends to clean the house together make a game out of it, sex and all that as the reward for a clean house...honey you clean the bedroom and ill get the fronroom and well meet in the hallways and ....well you get the point..and you coud still have alot of time to look for employment of the office kind, go to schooll amybe take a class or two, and have weekends off and saving...300 phone bill???? was that like really necessarry?? thats what mine is for calling from the west couast to the east coast 1,2,3 times a day for 15, 20 minutes a day..wow, if you have all that time to talk on the phone.....im not putting you down, it only sounded that way...ill shut up....wolf... |
