fraps

my grandson wants to make videos using this program called fraps. he talked me out of $37. i was under the impression that he knew how to use the program he doesn't and now he is going to die can anyone help to save his life? he calls them walkthru's?

Best bet is just Google for them. I've heard of the software but unfortunately I don't have any experience with it myself. You could check Amazon.com for texts.

I'm pretty sure you just have to press one of the "F" keys. There should be a manual in the software itself.

Hopefully they made the manual with an iota of usefulness.

I've used the trail ages ago and it wasn't that complicated.

I have (and use) FRAPS, but unfortunately just the free version (which doesn't allow for making video's), but have him go to the FRAPS website, there should be some documentation available on line as well as in the manual (if there is one).

Can I ask what game he is playing? There is likely to be a public message board associated with it whatever it is, and probably someone there could help as well.
