how did you choose your dentist?

Did you randomly pick one from a list (phone book, insurance list etc)?

Did you get a recommendation?

Lol, well I didn't pick my original one, because I was like 3years old??? But now I'm registered with one in the town closest to me, it's different over here tho because we still have the NHS!

so there's pretty much like only one dentist around?

well theres a private one in my village(used to be NHS) so I swapped to one in the next closest town, there are a few in the surrounding villages, but most are turning private! There's an outcry over here atm for NHS dentists!

Yeah the same thing is happening over here with our health system. Everythings going private. It sucks.

As for choosing a dentist - I've moved so much in the last few years that I've never really had the same dentist for long but I've done both. A friend recommended a dentist once. After that I just looked in the phone book. I dunno, they all bloody hurt - your mouth and your back pocket!

i went to this one dentist and he was really creepy and weird so i went to another dentist (both chosen randomly from the list provided by the insurance company). the first dentist was trying to charge like 3x as much as the 2nd one too. what a scam.

hm well it's 5am maybe i should go to sleep or something. the birds are already starting to chirp outside. well, only one actually.
