When Mommy says, "I love you.."

Do you say it back?

My brothers and I all have a good relationship with my mother, but one of my brothers doesn't say "I love you too" when he hugs her good bye, or says good bye on his weekly phone calls. My mom has said that she knows he loves her, but she likes hearing it from my other brother. I always say it too. I don't care if I'm in front of friends or anything, it really doesn't bother me.

Why does it seem to be easier for girls to say "I love you" to their mothers and fathers most of the time?

My mother dont say she loves me but i know she does, I dont say it to my kids as much as i should , but at the end of the day they know I love them with all my heart

if i didn't she'd kick my ass.

if we're on the phone and i hang up without saying, "i love you"....she'll keep calling and paging until i do!

if i don't answer, she start calling the wife and harassing her!

wow... we don't care. it shows that shes not angry at me .. (wtich is all the time)and same thing goes for me she'll kick my a** if i don't

i am the one who says it. my mom doesnt say it back, and shell never say it first.

I always tell my parents I love them along with my cousins and my aunts and unccles including my grandpaents lol My boyfriend and some of my friends lol

My dad always says I love you, but my mom doesnt, though i know she loves all of her children. But if i have to choose, when i become a parent someday, i will always say i love you to my children and i will appreciate if they say it back.
