That is not a ZIT! It is a Sebaceous Cyst!

It should have never been squeezed as it will cause an inner infection and he'll need to get antibiotics or it will only get bigger.

This has to be removed by a doctor so the roots can be cut out completely or it will keep coming back.

The roots can grow up to 6" and they have to get to the very bottom and cut it out or it will grow back.

My sister and my partner both had one of those and they do smell and they both had it removed by a doctor!
