This is white swan , I need some help please

I will start from the start , For a few days my pc had been slowing down so I knew it is time for a scan disc and defrag . Yesterday about this time my screen flashed blue screen totally unexpected , as I was reaching for the power button my screen just went blue and stayed blue. My OS went on strike and took my machine along . Beteewn a system eair CD and an system Image backup , and the OS install CD, I got the silly thing up enough to do a reformat and new partiction and clean reinstall. Everything is okay now except I vcan't logon toTFS with my white swan account. Every other site I go to regularly is okay When I try to use white swan , It tells me I have negitive points , or that their isn't an account associated with that user and pass.
I just now tried the password reset , then I tried to logon twice with my new password and I still get the message that there is no account associated with that user name and password.
If I try to logon frm the front page , I get the negative pooints message , when I try from the join up page where you can try your user to see if its available , I get the 'no account associated with that user name and password' message.

I'll reset your password manually and email it to your account on file. In the meantime, clear your browser cookies.
