numerous MFA undercover investigations at dairy farms, pig farms, egg farms, hatcheries and slaughterhouses have revealed that violence and abuse to farmed animals ? whether malicious or institutionalized ? runs rampant nationwide.

Compassionate consumers can end their direct financial support of farmed animal abuse by rejecting dairy, and other animal products, and adopting a vegan diet.

And the vast majority treat the animals with respect and care for them. After all it is their livelyhood.

I'd be interested to know how you quantify this - where does the "vast majority" claim comes from? Science tells us that nonhuman animals (and human ones) will still grow and "produce" (for example, lay eggs) even though they are abused and stressed. One does not have to be particularly caring to be a "productive animal farmer."

There is little in terms of respect, it seems to me, to deliberately breed other animals for exploitation and send them off to slaughter before their time.

Well to be honest it comes from the same grey area your 'numerous' claim comes from.

Exactly how 'numerous' are the dairy farms that were investigated?

It is not my claim - the "numerous" comes from the given link.

You don't eat vegetables? Be careful, that is fatal.

A plea: rather than cracking jokes, which is a symptom of denial, why not watch the video instead?

I was going to joke a little more and risk insulting you, but I'm better than that. I'm just going to let this go.
