How many of you took home or have left overs from Thanksgiving,
What things do you make from the left overs,that makes it a different meal.
I take the turkey and make hot turkey sandwiches with the gravy poured over the bread. Yum

I almost always make turkey soup that weekend, and freeze the meat so I can use it anytime i want to whip something together turkey tacos, burritos, enchilada, and quesidillas are a give n at least once. Or any other place i would used shredded chicken, i go for turkey instead.

I'm happy with just the leftovers. It's simple-
Pile turkey, dressing, and potatoes on plate. Smother with gravy. Warm up bread and devour.

I love the sandwiches my hubby makes with the turkey; consisting of turkey on bread, with mayo, cole slaw if you choose, cranberry sauce, slice of cheese.

..so good, especially with the cranberry on it.

cold turkey sammich: turkey, miracle whip, stuffing, cranberries, salt, and pepper.

Hot turkey sammich: meat and gravy on a piece or two of toast.
