Sock Puppets

I asked this question yesterday in one of my journals but no one really saw it,

What possesses someone to bother creating different email addresses, different account names, different lives for each person..?

I just don't get it? Why bother?

Is it because they're just bored and sad?

I might create one as a RAF fighter pilot and see how far I get with the ladies

I have no idea Laura, I spend enough time online with this login never mind another

It lacks a point, just says to me that that person has no life

I think that is pretty much correct.

Although I always say, "If you can't be honest with a random person on the internet...then you can't be honest with anyone." 8)

I think it's very sad to sit at your computer with ten accounts, each one with a different story

I like that saying... I guess it's true

Now let's see
I have one work email (only use it for work )
I have one for for all family, friend and other important correspondence
A third one for all junk you receive after registering at various site (I go into this and delete 90% of this once a week)
I am just organized not bored

I think I was here 3 months before I even knew what a sock puppet was

wait.. so why can't I make a sock puppet? I have a life..

I just bought some extra large tube socks and some odd looking Buttons and felt clusters to make one..
i was going to make it somewhat like this

I still have a life you know..
stop pissing on my Wheaties laura

It adds flavour

not a pleasant flavor

Anyways back to sock puppets...

dare I ask what a sock puppet is

A smelly tube bored people pull over their hand and talk to when the internet is down

It's where someone creates multiple accounts and tries to pretend to be other people! It's very sad

some how I think there is another meaning I will turn detective and find out
