I have been impatient all afternoon.

My computer screen doesn't change.
I scratch my chin in frustration.
No email or message yet,
Nobody there, are the thoughts in my imagination.

This dating website is rubbish,
I think I will try another.
But suddenly an email,
Damn! Its only from my brother.

Another hour passes by so slowly.
Am I really that lonely for a mate?
That I have to be desperate on the net.
