Royal Bloody Mail

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Since Royal Mail have changed all their pricing depending on the size of the letter I have been to the depot enough times to know the staff on a first name basis!
Okay - admittedly not Royal Mails fault - by now people should have worked out what stamp goes with what but still, Royal Mail put these things in your letter box where you can stick stamps on to cover the postage, send it back to them and they will redeliver, and on both occasions I have done this they have claimed they never recieved it, and then three weeks later returned the letter to sender.
Having recieved another one of these, for what is a very important letter I have now not to out to the depot in the rain to collect.
Grr!
